Mexican elementary age school children are walking across the U.S.-Mexican border to attend school in the U.S., then walking back home across the border to Mexico. No adult supervision, no papers checked, and a supervisor of all people there says, ho-hum, happens every day.

Chaffetz: Children crossing border after school ‘worst thing I’ve seen’

During a tour of the Arizona-Mexico border Utah Republican Rep. Jason Chaffetz dispatched a series of tweets and pictures Wednesday highlighting lax security at the border.

According to Chaffetz, the “worst thing” he saw was young children leaving school and crossing the border back into Mexico to return home.

“Worst thing I’ve seen. 60 elementary age kids leave this school in Naco, AZ,” Chaffetz tweeted.

Then, unaccompanied, they cross the border to “home” in Mexico. No papers checked. Supervisor said it happens

“Those kids aren’t tall enough to ride most things at Disneyland let alone cross an international border without an adult,” he added.

The children’s walk home was not the only thing that troubled the Utah congressman.

Chaffetz’ visit came on the heels of a visit last week by four members of the “Gang of Eight” — Arizona Sen. John McCain, New York Sen. Chuck Schumer, Arizona Sen. Jeff Flake, and Colorado Sen. Michael Bennet — to the Arizona-Mexico border.

During their visit McCain tweeted they watched a woman “successfully climb an 18-ft bollard fence a few yards away from us.”

Tuesday Chaffetz tweeted about the porous border —noting a border crossing that featured stairs and a handrail.

“As the immigration debate heats up, one of the key metrics is securing the border, and I think everybody on both sides of the aisle agreed that was pivotal,” Chaffetz told The Salt Lake Tribune at the beginning of the week. “The most important thing for me is to talk to the people who are actually out there doing it.”

The Salt Lake Tribune reported that the congressman last visited the border in 2011. Chaffetz is making this trip, with Michigan Republican Rep. Kerry Bentiolio.

There are a number of states that have passed what is known as nullification laws.  These are laws that simply state that, according to the TENTH AMENDMENT of the U.S. Constitution, citizens of these states may not be forced to buy anything against their will that is ordered by the Federal government.  State legislatures passed these laws in response to Obamacare forcing states to set up health insurance exchanges, and also forcing those without health insurance to purchase it regardless of whether or not they can afford it.  Anyone who refuses to buy health insurance is subject to enforcement action from the Internal Revenue Service.  The IRS has hired 20,000 additional agents who have the sole task of dealing with the resistors.

The initial penalties are the taking of a portion of one’s income tax refund at an increasing rate for each year of noncompliance.  This obviously hits low income people the hardest since many cannot afford to spend one more penny on anything.  Under Obamacare, they have the choice of taking food off the table or saying goodbye to their tax refunds.  How benevolent of the President.  He did say during his 2008 campaign that he would ensure that all Americans had health insurance.  Everyone hearing it assumed “free”.  He never said that.  Americans should learn to pay attention.

Now, according to an ARTICLE in the New American, President Obeyme has not just accepted the nullification laws and moved on. Not a chance. Federal agents from the DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH AND HUMAN SERVICES will assume total control of health insurance in the states that have asserted their Tenth Amendment rights. By the way, the Department of Health and Human Services has “agents?”  Incredible.  Do they have a share of those billions of rounds of hollow-point ammunition the government has purchased?

If this isn’t enough, it gets better.  In Oklahoma, where this blatant disregard for the Constitution is taking place as we speak, the Feds are demanding “all group and individual health insurance policy forms, certificates, riders, endorsements, and amendments, as well as any other requested material pertinent to the market reforms of the Affordable Healthcare Act” for review.  So much for healthcare privacy.  Of course, the government is doing this without our consent.

As the article states, this is the first shot across the bow from this administration to resistors.  It’s more and more obvious as time goes on this administration has absolutely zero regard for the will of the people and the Constitution.  But, that’s nothing new, is it?

At least that’s what they say.  The U. S. Department of Justice, the renowned guardians of religious freedom, have filed a lawsuit against Rutherford County, Tennessee in an attempt to force them to issue an occupancy permit for a huge 53,000 square foot mosque recently built there despite a court ordering otherwise.  The U. S. DOJ wants it issued before the start of Ramadan which is either today or tomorrow, depending on which Muslim cleric you listen to.

Let’s start with a little background information.

The man behind its construction, Essam Fathy, told a whole series of lies about how long construction would take.  He claimed years, seemingly to garner sympathy to realize a dream, and that just getting the site leveled and the parking lot paved would take one or two years alone.  Instead, construction was very rapid.

In an ABC news ARTICLE from two years ago, Imam Ossama Bahloul said in response to community opposition, “It’s not a huge mosque as they are saying.”  Apparently, he didn’t consider 53,000 square feet huge.
There was a most definite conflict of interest in that Fathy had financial dealings with the Mayor of Murfreesboro, the county seat of Rutherford County.  The Mayor told the county commissioners they had to they had to vote “yes” on the proposed mosque construction or they would all get sued (SOURCE 1).
A stop work order was issued by a court stating construction work had to cease because the county had failed to give the public adequate notice of the plans.  With their usual contempt for American law and American authorities, construction was ramped up to a very rapid rate.  Did any of the authorities do anything to enforce the court’s order? No, of course not. Same thing happened in Brooklyn, New York when a mega-mosque was built on a quiet  residential street.  Court order to stop meant continue with construction.  When it comes to the Muslims, it’s the old unwritten “do not oppose” policy once again.
Now, a former FBI agent, John Guandolo, whose job was to brief the FBI on terrorism and radical Islamic terrorism provides this information:
“- the Murfreesboro Imam is a recognized leader and “jurist” in the Muslim Brotherhood worldwide. He taught “Dawah” in Europe, and was at the top of his class at Al Azhar University, Cairo (4 out of 200) – the most prestigious and authoritative school of Islamic Jurisprudence in the world, and the oldest.
–  The ICM Bylaws asserting primacy of Islamic law were copied from other “Islamic Centers.” Muslim Brotherhood Bylaws and the El Barasse Explanatory Memorandum define “Islamic Centers” or mosques as beehives for activities and supplies for “battalions,” and at some point the beginning and center of violence.
–  The ICM “reading list” of the Imam began with Yousef Qaradawi, who issued a “fatwah” calling for killing of U.S. troops and civilians in Iraq.
–  The Islamic Center of Murfreesboro is a “front” organization for the Muslim Brotherhood posing a security threat to Murfreesboro citizens, who are under- educated on the topic of the threat. Both they and the County Commission should have been informed of this threat to enable public participation in the ICM site plan approval meeting.”
There is also the question of who exactly is financing the building of this mosque or why the small town of Murfreesboro, Tennessee was chosen for the site.  There are only 200-300 Muslim families in the area, and only forty-five active paying members of the mosque, the Islamic Center of Murfreesboro.  No one seems to know from where the money is coming, nor does anyone know why an area with such a small Islamic constituency was chosen.(SOURCE 3)  You can be it is symbolic in some way.  Mosques are built on carefully chosen sites as a general rule to assert Islamic supremacy.  This particular mosque is built right next door to a Baptist church.

Back to the U. S. Department of Justice’s lawsuit.  Despite the imam being tied to the MUSLIM BROTHERHOOD, and other serious questions about the ICM, a department memo was quoted as saying the allegations accusing the ICM being connected to a terrorist organization are “unfounded.”  Really.  The Muslim Brotherhood is not a terrorist organization.  OK.  Glad we were able to clear that up. (SOURCE 4)

Statements from the U.S. DOJ get even more ludicrous. Assistant Attorney General Thomas E. Perez of their Civil Rights Division said, “Our nation was founded on bedrock principles of religious liberty.  The Department of Justice will continue to vigorously enforce civil rights laws that protect religious freedom.  The U. S. attorney for the Middle District of Tennessee, Jerry Martin, said, “The United States Attorney’s Office will zealously protect every citizen’s right to worship and assemble.” ”  If that’s the case Mr. Perez and Mr. Martin, why didn’t the U.S. Department of Justice rush to Phoenix, Arizona and file a lawsuit against the city where Michael Salman was prosecuted, convicted, sentenced to sixty days in jail, two years probation, and a $12,000 fine for a having a Bible study on his own property?

Mr. Martin and Mr. Perez apparently don’t understand their own doctrine of the mythical separation of church and state.  No matter how it’s justified, no matter how you look at it, the U.S. Department of Justice has filed a lawsuit on behalf of a religious organization.  Just where is the hue and cry of the liberal left wingnuts screaming about “separation of church and state?  Where is the Freedom from Religion Foundation and the ACLU?”

One last thought:  If this were a Christian church, does anyone really so delusional to believe the U. S. Department of Justice would have raced in to file a lawsuit to force a local government to permit occupancy of the building in time for a religious observance or holiday?  Not a chance.

Aerial covert surveillance of American citizens has started.  Who is conducting this covert surveillance?  The CIA? The NSA? Nope . . . the ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AGENCY.    It actually started almost ten years ago under the guise of looking for environmental violations by mid-Western cattle ranchers, but nobody knew about it until now.  According to the EPA, they fly over power plants and “other facilities” nationwide looking for EPA regulation violations.  Apparently, some regional EPA officials let it slip at a meeting with ranchers in West Point, Nebraska about three months ago.  Government planes are not used, so they can’t be spotted by just looking at the type of aircraft.  The EPA says it leases small planes from which photographs are taken.

Ranchers complained to their Congressmen and in turn all five of Nebraska’s Congressmen sent a letter to the EPA’s administrator, LISA JACKSON, demanding to know on what basis of legal authority the EPA was conducting the flyovers and taking pictures of private property which included private homes (SOURCE).  According to one of the ARTICLES, there were three flyovers in Iowa in 2010, five in 2011, and one so far this year.  There were six flights last year and three so far this year in Nebraska.  And guess what? The EPA has two more flights planned for this year in each state in spite of the wishes of  members of Congress representing American citizens.  Obviously, the EPA has been allowed to gain too much power and needs to be reigned in.

So, the next time you see one of these flying over . . .

. . . just smile and wave.  It may just be your friendly neigbhorhood EPA secret agent.

If you don’t think we are continuing to lose our freedoms in America, think again. Here is another prime example of the attacks on personal freedoms. Michael Salman, who is a pastor, had a weekly Bible study in his home. One neighbor complained. One. From there on, Pastor Salman accomodated the city’s constantly changing requirements.    Pastor Salman explains everything he went through to  cooperate, but in the end, to no avail.

If this were a backyard barbecue, would the CITY OF PHOENIX have considered it a restaurant?

I have another question and I think we all know the answer to this one: if the Salmans were Muslim, would the city have prosecuted this man for having a gathering of friends and family at his home that was not open to the public?

So now he goes to jail, must pay a $12,000 fine, and be on probation just like any street hoodlum. This is a gross violation of the freedoms guaranteed under the Constitution (what’s left of it) and its amendments.

Did you think by the title this would be a scene from Egypt or somewhere else in the Middle East?  It’s not.  It’s right here in the United States, specifically Dearbornistan, Michigan.  In the following video, Christians are being attacked with rocks, milk crates, eggs, and whatever else the Muslims find handy. Be forewarned there is graphic profanity used by the peace-loving Muslims.  The Dearborn Police were right there, but did nothing . . .

. . . except make the Christians leave.  As someone in the video said, this just teaches them that if they riot, they get what they want.  Do not be fooled by the false propaganda that Muslims in America are not the violent ones, but are from a different sect that does not support terrorism or violence.  Remember, a poll of this “different sect” showed that 400,000 American Muslims believed suicide bombing to be justfiable.  This same “different sect” has never publicly condemned Islamist terrorism either.  This video shows the real deal.  If it goes unchecked, incidents like this will become widespread . . . right in your hometown.

A victim of one the WEATHER UNDERGROUND‘s bombing attacks talks about it and President Obama’s relationship with WILLIAM “BILL” AYERS who ordered the attack on this man’s home.

Obama can deny his knowledge of Ayers’ activities in the past all he wants to, but he knows now and still maintains his association with this man.  Ayers to this day does not regret his terrorist activitieis.
If this had been Mitt Romney, Rick Santorum, Newt Gingrich, or Ron Paul instead of Obama, we would have been hearing this non-stop twenty-four hours a day in 2008 and now.
